I AM NOT SURE IF I SHOULD COMPLAIN ABOUT ACCOUNTS OR THE CALL CENTER. I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR WEEKS TO GET AN ANSWER ON WHEN OUTSTANDING ACCOUNTS WILL BE PAID TO ME AND LANCET (AS LANCET HAS BEEN HOUNDING ME FOR PAYMENT) THESE OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS WERE SUPPOSE TO BE MADE BY BONITA'S, BUT BECAUSE THERE WERE A MIX UP WITH THE CODES I HAVE HAD TO FIGHT AND SHOUT AND BEG TO GET ANSWERS. EVERY TIME I HAVE TO BE PUT ON HOLD FOR THE CALL CENTER AGENT TO INVESTIGATE AND I WAS PROMISED EVERY TIME TO GET FEEDBACK THAT SAME DAY BUT NOT TO GET ANY SURPRISE I DO NOT RECEIVE EVER FEEDBACK - WELL ONLY ONCE - THANKS BRUMHILL FOR KEEPING YOUR WORD!!! 1
