I am fed up with the inefficient and incompetent accounts department at Lancet. Firstly the lady helping me at the Hartbeespoort branch undercharged me for my blood tests so I paid R1618.00 as she requested. She then frantically phoned me to return to pay the rest of the amount. I went the next morning and paid R1340.00 as instructed which totals to R2958.00. Yet the fools at Lancet's accounts department have recorded my payments as R1618.00 and R810.00, which means that on their system I am outstanding R530.00. Being fed up about this I contacted Lancet accounts on 20 January 2014 and was helped by Siphephelo Sibiya to whom I forwarded the printed receipts of my payments. Having received this Siphephelo stated that he would take the matter up with his supervisor and the banking department. Despite any efforts (if any at all) of Siphephelo I received further notification about my "outstanding amount" via email (28 Jan) and sms (30 Jan). I forwarded the email notification this time with a bank statement reflecting the payments to Siphephelo and surprise surprise I am still awaiting a response. Lancet must only try contact me after 4pm if they wish to contact me. Mr Arraiol
