Harrasment/inadequate bookkeeping

After tests done by Lancet 0n 8 May 2013 account was sent to medical aid, who did not pay full invoice amount. This was not communicated to me. Three weeks after tests was done, I received an SMS from Lancet informing me that R130-10 was outstanding and that I need to pay immediately to avoid being listed on ITC. I duly paid this on 03/06/2013. On 13/3 Lancet phones me to tell me that there is now 2 payments of R130-10 outstanding which need to be paid immediately. They confirm that no invoice was sent to me yet, and after explaining they admit that payment was received in amount of R130-10.

Should they not send an invoice detailing what payment/s are for before threatening with ITC etc?
They do have all contact detail including postall adress, e-mail?
After 3 weeks?
