Isent through a claim on the 28 May afterr talking to 3 people since the 7 May and on the 13 June I am informed of some tecnicality why the claim is not going to be paid, why do I have to call you to get this information, why can't you just pop me a mail as per my mail to inform me of this, why do I have to spend 50 min on the phone dealing with incompetent people like Nobu that does not know how her business works? And she is a Team Leader, no wonder the quality is so poor... looks like a premature BEE appointment - save yourself the frustration and don't go with bankmed... they won't even send you a mail confirming the information is cotrrect... no wonder you have hundreds of compliants on this platform - why don't you listern to
