Received a new Samsung Galaxy S4 cellphone from Discovery Vitality Mobile. The second time I tried to use the camera on the phone (within a few days of putting the sim card into it) it took a long time to load and then came up with a message 'application failed' and the only option I had was to click 'ok' which then closed the application... I returned the phone and am still waiting for a replacement... more than a week later... and nobody can tell me when I'll get a replacement... I phone them every day and every day they assure me that someone will get back to me and nobody does... I'm really tired of their empty promises...
