I haven't been to this Primi in a while (2 years) as my experience with the service is really bad.

We wanted to have a late dinner on New Year's eve and decided to go to Primi Piatti in Bloemfontein. We made a booking the day before on 30 December 2012: we were at the restaurant and saw the lady writing down our details and preferances. The booking was made for 22:00. The next day we decided to go there a bit earlier, around 21:00 instead of 22:00. On our arrival they could not find our booking!!! There were no open tables for us. AND we were told that the kitchen closes in 10 minutes... uhmmmm, how does this work? We found a table within the next 2 minutes, and confused tried to find something to order as the kitchen was closing, but after waiting a few minutes, no-one came to take our order. So we left... and went to the best restaurant in town!
Sorry Primi, but proper management should be on duty if you want to be open at any given time. And paying customers should be treated properly, not like we don't exist!
