Very poor dis-organised Call Centre

My daughter had to update her income details in January, we sent 22 emails to resomed proof can be provided. It was sent on the 11 Jan 2013 on the 4 Feb I get a response saying it has gone to another department and my monthly installments will be R560. We pay this amount every month since Jan.
Then the account is suspended due to non income proof and arrears she had to pay R1200, We struggled for another 15 days of Phoning and sending emails to get this sorted, eventually we were told that the suspension will be lifted if we pay in R500 as her installments are incorrect. She is only earning R4500pm and they push her installment to R695??? Guys do yourself a favor never take a medical aid with Resomed I wish I can warn more people about this company that is not ethical in none of their business practices you will sit with endless debt problems with no solutions. There is no management and the consultants are the cowboys taking the law in their own hands.
