Discovery failing to supply authorisation

Again, our son is penalised for a previously 'misdiagnosed' condition, asthma. He is currently suffering with ear drainage and thus requires grommet insertion. Despite the fact that he does not suffer from Asthma, we fail to understand how Grommets is related to Asthma.

We require authorisation to have this 'small and common' procedure come to pass tomorrow, the 12th of June 2013.
