Discovery failing to supply authorisation

Our son was initially diagnosed with Asthma, but until yesterday Asthma was ruled out by a Pulmonologist. Now we are trying to have my son admitted for Broncholitus which is not related to Asthma and Discovery is refusing to give us Authorisation.
