Discovery uses harassment tactics to avoid

During October 2012 I changed my medical insurance from Discovery to Profmed.

I received an email from Clinton Holmes, Discovery Member Debt Administrator that I owe discovery money due to over expenditure of the MSA and the fact that I was billed in arrears.

I replied to Clinton Holmes per email, with documentary proof, that Discovery in fact own me an unknown amount to be determined and that I am eager to reconcile at their earliest convenience.

To date discovery has not responded to my reconciliation and numerous calls to their dysfunctional CALL CENTER but has rather opted to use scare tactics by sending treats via sms of ITC Business Administrators that I am going to be blacklisted.

Discovery has also deducted a monthly installment after I cancelled my membership without my permission.

I will however stand my ground and will not be intimidated to facilitate possible corporate.

It is an eyeopener to realize the contempt that discovery shows toward their members.
