Because of my age, i had to submit orthodontic questionaire (and other documents) in order for my claim to be processed. I sent these on the 29th of April in a zip-file as they were too big. However, 3 weeks later I called and was told my e-mail had no attachments. I re-sent the same e-mail which had attachements. After 4 weeks, still no response, i called and was told same strory, no attachments. I then told the lady that I attached a zip-file, which she opened and finds everything she requested. Now, after waiting for a month, talking to several people (people who dont know what a zip-file is), they still expect me to wait for two days for a response. The irritating part is, Bankmed cannot pick up a phone to call you and say, it appears that we dont have the documents, with the upgrade in today's service delivery and technology, i find this very disappointing.
