Poor Communication and Slow Response

I applied for a Discovery Card sometime early March and was told to submit all the necessary documents, which I did on that day. About 5 days Later i got a call to say that I had been approved etc and I should wait for confirmation of delivery of my card within 14 days. Two weeks later I got an sms to say that my application had expired. I enquired and was told that some documents were outstanding yet no one told me but I resubmitted the documents and was told to wait for 3 business days and I got no response. I enquired again and I'm being told to resubmit the same documents for the third time in less than a month. I dont what to do now!!! Very pathetic service
