Now - Lancet please give me proof that you have sent me any statements
You do not threaten me, if you have sent me a statement, I pay my accounts always have and always will
Do NOT expect me to transfer money into an account sent over the cellphone, how in the world do I know it is in fact your account number. Your treatment of customers is as previously mentioned is shocking. I can remember having this same problem some years ago and your MD phoned me and apologized and promised that this will not happen again. Lancet get you act together. Please mail the statement
