I paid Lancet according to their statement. R7301.90. Now they are demanding another R344.50. I have been hassling with Lancet since mid-Oct 2013. They don't know the difference between New York, New Year or New Moon! The only thing they do well is collect money. R344.50, no invoice, no statement and 3 months after the patient left hospital. I paid Lancet in full as per THEIR statement.
Never again will allow a doctor to submit a pathology test to Lancet.
