LANCET'S INABILITY TO PROVIDE CORRECT ACCOUNT

In May 2012, various serial sections were submitted to Lancet for analysis. There were 3 in total. Lancet reflected the first debit (R761.70) as one item when it was in fact for 3 separate tests. Discovery refused to pay saying we had been overcharged. They had an agreement with Lancet to only charge a certain amount.
To get to the point after months and monthsof emails and telephone calls we established that if Lancet would separate the one total into 3 tests (which was indeed the case) Discovery would pay. We explained this to Lancet on numerous occasions (have a string of emails), we elicited the help of Discovery Executive office (who called to tell us that they have still received the exact same invoice/statement just last week), and in the meantime have been receiving threatening phone calls and sms's from Lancet. I will not pay them and wish to counter-sue them for time wasted, migraine tablets, anti anxiety tablets, costs of long calls to Discovery and Lancet, etc, They are just not interested. Something is really wrong with their accounting system and they are not interested in resolving anything. Please someone help.!!!
