Very unhappy about the service at Discovery. The Scheme as a whole is really a moneymaking racket and the phone consultant is really unclear and not listening, not understanding what I tried to communicate. The feeling I have is she is not trained well enough, unprofessional and not capable of explaining clearly telephonically and not clarifying my queries properly. She didn't check/read Discovery correspondence sent in reply in order to support my telephonic query and thus was not up to date with my query, after having contacted them per email first and then having re-explained the situation telephonically. She was unclear, rude/impatient and sarcastic. I got very upset in return because she didn't know what was going on and as she didn't listen properly and contradicted the written email correspondence from the company itself sent to us. My husband and I have never used any of our other plan/scheme benefits except for the MSA (which is what we pay for in the monthly contribution) even though we have a good "plan" and have been with them for 2 years.
I am very unsatisfied, seriously consider cancelling the policy altogether although I hoped to just downgrade as I am relocating.
