Unacceptable Service

From Jan/2011 I cancelled the savings on my Med Aid and paid cash for doctors/medicines etc. - account balance showed R0.00.
Oct/2012 Statement showed amount owing - traced to June 2010 when in-hospital account paid from my (then) savings. ( Account from doctor reflected incorrect service date)
I was advised to re-submit corrected account - done 15/Oct/2012
After 4 phone calls and 3 e-mails finally got verbal reply on 24.April/2013 (6 MONTHS AFTER INITIAL ENQUIRY) that reimbersement had been declined.
On 24/April/2013 requested written reply with reasoning for decision not to reimberse.
Since then I have sent 2 e-mails and made 4 phone calls without getting any service.
The last call (28/5/2013 - Ref:34967379) I was promised that Tanya Turner would phone me that day or the next. I am still waiting for her call.
Very interesting observation - My latest Med Aid Statement balance now R0.00 - debt has been written off. - WHY??
I have prepared all the documentation for submission to the Council for Medical Schemes. - just waiting for written response from Liberty.
