I have been having a query about the membership closure of my deceased parent for about 4weeks without any clarity and progress on the query.
I phoned the call centre and she helped me, went as far as verifying all my banking details and sum due to me. She also went as far as checking for my Tax Returns and promised that she will send/mail every information and including tax certificate.
The lady was professional, friendly and very helpful.
