Incorrect Billing and now NO RESPONSE!

I emailed Discovery weeks ago regarding the fact they moved me to the highest income band on Keycare WITH NO NOTIFICATION a few months back. I received no response. I then emailed Discovery my proof of income, affidavits etc and copied in Shireen who is at the Head office. Only then did I receive a reply with a request for further info from Ismail. I immediately sent in the required info and have not received a response since. I emailed again, no response. In the meantime, I am being charged over R2000 EXTRA per month!!! I am on the verge of cancelling as I seem to consistently have issues with Discovery which included them putting the WRONG GP as my primary GP a few months back, then telling me they can't change it back, and only solving it when I insisted on cancelling, AND the issue of them CANCELLING my medical aid when I needed to change my plan...
