I called in about 2 weeks ago to find out why on the tax certificate it says you paid R1950 to Dr Meares but when I check your online system it says you only paid R650 to her. I spoke to Beulah and I was told to call back last Wednesday the 22nd May which I did, and I spoke to Beulah again, and there was still no response back she said as soon as there was a response she would notify me. It is now a week later and I have still heard nothing as to why there is a discrepancy. I then sent an email to the medical aid requesting feedback and again I was ignored. It surely cant take 2 weeks to resolve this and how difficult could it possibly be to tell me why your system and tax certificate do not tie up. It is a concern as who knows if your records are correct and that you havent taken money off my savings that were not paid. Why is it that whenever i have a query with the medical it can never be resolved by making a call I always have to resort to this to get anyones help.
