I have a list of complaints too many to mention here. For now I will address the chronic medication Ref 184824130. I have spoken to a collegue whos son was put on the same nasal spray and after filling a repeat script 3 times it automatically went onto chronic with little to no co-payments for the original NOT generic. Other people have also commented that the pharmacy could call to arrange chronic easily. Me however after my daughter using the same spary regularly for over a year i have had to jump through hoops get letters from everyone which i have done. Eventually it is on chronic but they pay such a little as they insist i use the generic even with letters. I have been asked not to hellopeter but to contact medical aid rep Sanjay and see how that worked out. He jumps when others contact him but when i email he just hits forward. He has not helped to resolve anything as promised he just adds an extra person in to the chain. So i will continue to hellopeter as nothing else works. Please DO NOT CALL TO TELL ME WHY YOU CANT OR WONT HELP ONLY CALL IF YOU ARE WILLING TO HELP AND WANT TO HEAR MY OTHER LIST OF COMPLAINTS OR YOU CAN WAIT UNTIL I POST THEM HERE TO READ IT
