NOT SETTLING THE DOCTOR BILL IN FULL

I husband had a colonoscopy done and for this we requires an authorisation number. When I called for this I was told that the medical aid would pay up to 150% of the account. When I called earyl this month to check when the account would be paid, I was told that this would only be after the 25 of January and that they would only pay a portion as there is a co-payment which we have to settle (This was not told to me when I I got the authorisation number). Theya re only paying about 1200.00 and we are to settle to balance. I have soken to the medical aid again just more than a week ago and was promised an email, where they will detail what is covered and what is not. To date we have not received any email from them. An email was since sen to the medical requesting that they pay the balance form the savings, so that the doctor can be paid.

We want the amout that being paid from the savings to be reimbursed by the medical aid.
