After visiting a dentest i was refered too by the day 1 call center i tried to get my prescription from said dentest from clicks, who are seposidly a partner of day 1 . i was however told that day1 would not cover script as i was under the impresion from all paperwork i reseved when joining that this was not the case, i agian phoned day1 call center and was told that i need to get a prescription from a gp for the work done by the dentest . when i said that this was rediculous as a gp cant know what the dentest did the phone was slamed in my ear . i phoned back was put through to same person and had phone once again slamed down in my ear . aparantly day one clients are not alowed to have any complaints. so if u are looking for medical insurince i advice u to give day1 health a miss
