No communication and deducting my money

Hi... right now im so angry.

i filled in an application form and email it to day1 health, 2weeks passed and i heard nothing from the company.i made numerous calls just to be put on hold and no one answers!!!

.i then sent and email to a lady named Irene to find out if my application was received and when i would become a member and when the payments would start and i just got cc'd in on a email that she asked a lady chamelle to follow up on the query and no has gotten back to me.

last night while having dinner my phone goes off and my account is debited with R1425 for day1 health and just try and imaginge my shock!!!

i find this unacceptable they make no contact with new clients...
i sent an email last night and this morning i called them and guess what NO ANSWER...

i work with contracts and clients personal details every day and keeping the client updated and in communication is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT...

i guess now my fight begins of getting my money back as i have never been treated this badly by any place
