I sent through a claim for reimbursement on 29 Nov 2013.I had paid the specialist consultation fees cash and wanted Day1 Health to re-imburse. I phoned them last week to follow up on the payment. I was told that the money will be in my bank account on Friday 13 Nov 2013.I am still waiting still no money in my account. According to them their system shows the money is paid into my account. Why should I wait for your proof of payment? I have never defaulted on my payments.
