I received a call from Kelvin with intent to recruit me into their organisations club of members. I gave away all my details but the card number. He called me 2 more times for it and promised he only need it to complete my application, to which I accepted to give him on conditions that no debits will go through unless I am informed. 2 day later 2 debits totaling BWP3, 400.00 were registered on my account. After my query went through their Sales Manager, Brian Mpepu and repeated calls and emails to their customer care guru Bethel C Simeon, I still don't have the promised platinum card (which I never chose). They maintain that by giving away my card it was authorization enough but I retort that the whole process was. I would have loved to be a member, but with such a bad start I feel the worst is still to come. No account number/ member number. No card since 27 April 2013. Only dishonesty, lack of trust and look-alike. Way forward for me is a reimbursement and no other way.
