Change of bank details

On 28 November I filled in a change of bank details form. 7 days later on 13 December a refund was paid into the old account and immediately rejected by the bank as the account was closed. So Discovery had the money back immediately. I phoned Discovery on 13 December and was told they needed my ID and the main member's ID. No-one phoned me to tell me this information was missing!
I phoned again on the 19th having heard nothing. I was told I had been paid. This was the amount paid into and rejected by the old bank. As at 24 December I have still not received my claim and no-one has bothered phoning. I phoned again yesterday, 23 December, and once more was told that the old bank details are STILL on record.
