No feedback for several weeks

On 2013/04/05 I applied to ad my grand child to my medical aid. Ref nos. M1238954401 / 080513QXPJ6J.

My employer has forwarded the necessary documents to you and the termination certificate of the previous medical scheme has been sent to you as well.

I have not heard anything from Bonitas since 2013/05/08. This is pathetic customer service!! I hope this is not the kind of treatment my grand child will receive.
