Applied for 4 Schengen visas in December, 3 of which were charged and paid for only to discover afterwards it was a no charge because my husband holds a British passport. I've been trying since 11 December 2012 to get my refund, with weekly emails. I am not able to contact any person telephonically, and emails go through to refund department without any feedback. I initially paid R5885, 04 for the 4 visas and I understand there will be admin costs deducted, but we're still looking at a considerable refund.
If anybody knows who I should contact telephonically, please advise.
