I called the netcare 911 call center regarding a work colleague who had collapsed. she has a history of heart problems, and needed her seen to urgently. within minutes, a paramedic had arrived, and while doing his checks on her heart, the ambulance arrived.
i am grateful for the quick response, and know that my colleague (and her family) appreciate it too.
