I notified Chronicdsp via email on 23 April 2013 that I would not be at home for the scheduled May delivery of my chronic medication. The receipt of this email was acknowledged via sms and that the matter would receive attention. The medicine was, however, still delivered early before I returned from my holiday.
Members are asked to inform Chronicdsp timeously for a change in delivery dates, and yet no attention was paid to my request.
I am disappointed.
