Popped in for a takeaway coffee. Serving counter looked like a bomb had hit it. Have a photo... Service was below average. Staff looked run off their feet. One staff member bumped into another who was holding a cup of coffee, coffee spilled on the floor. I had to tell Manager to get someone to clean it up after five minutes while staff walk in and out of the mess. My server walked around with my R100 note looking like he didn't know what to do with it. Eventually it came and so did my change. I'm glad I wasn't eating there today... Manager looked totally clueless too.
