I have joined Selfmed on 1 st March 2013. However i need to do bloodtests to get my chronic medicine approved. On my medical card stand clearly NO WAITING PERIOD. Selfmed requested a bloodtest from me to approve ongoing medication. I ask the nurse at the clinic who will pay for the bloodtests?? She said don't worry Selfmed will pay for it. As a matter of fact THEY REQUESTED the bloodtest, not me. The bustards now refuse to pay the bloodtests after it was done!!! It's grose!!! They say there is a so called waiting period, there are waiting periods involved. I hope they read this complaint. I'm furious and sick and tired of paying all the time for bloodtests.
