Ntombi Witbooi answered my call to the SARS call centre. I tried to explain my situation but could barely get a word in. Every time I tried to explain she interrupted me, and therefore could not answer my questions. She told me because I was "in a hurry" I didn't understand her. If I dared to speak while she was repeating her irrelevant information she told me to "stop interrupting her". None of the information I required was apparently on the system. I asked to speak to her supervisor and was then cut off (as usual).
I phoned back and spoke to Rachel Mathelemusa, who was lovely and helped me with no problems at all - all of the information was there when she looked for it.
