Good day I called in today as i received a sms stating my mother would be handed over in 7days i wanted the pathology note as medical aid needed it - well Nathalia was so rude i asked for the manager and she stated no, the reason being members dont understand the pathology note - how do you know that im not a registered nurse or even a dr this is unacceptable and she owes me an apology and i will be taking this further...
