My son went in for an operation on the 10th April 2013, half the accounts werent paid and had to be re-submitted, the dentist account as vertually paid up in full the second time it was re-submitted, even though we were given pre-authorization for full balance, but the hospital bill is an ongoing problem, i called in today, and the excuse was that the hospital over charged for anesthetic, please can someone get back to me about my account, cause i was left hanging on the phone for over 10mins waiting to hear if this account was ever resubmitted like Vusi said back last mth. - ref 477745, but eventually had to put the phone down, couldnt sit waiting all day! thank you
