My son was born 1 Oct 2013, an authorization number was obtained. Account was submitted by the hospital to the medical aid. Up to date there has been no payment made by the Medical Aid despite 3 emails from myself and the necessary documents resent by the hospital. Upon phoning them today, I was told to resend the documents.
Could someone please help me?
