Discovery staff Sipho and Luther also seem incapable. On 2 May, after my complaint on 1 May, Sipho responded that the matter was being looked into that that Luther would contact me shortly. I still haven't had a refund on almost R800 additional gym fees since Discovery on my policies and no confirmation that points have been transferred.
Shortly??? It's been almost 3 weeks and although Sipho was quick to say the matter has been escalated, I HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD FROM LUTHER!!?! Come on Vitality, it's not that difficult!!! Get your act together and SOMEONE PLEASE TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THIS. I will FREAK if my next direct debit for my gym membership goes off for the full amount - AND I EXPECT MY REFUND ON OVERPAID GYM FEES FOR THE PAST 2 MONTHS ASAP!!!
