My account with Discovery was paid in 2011 already. They blacklisted me for not paying. After numerous emails (with proof) that the account was settled it still reflects on ITC/XDS.
I recently applied for a home loan and was declined due to the blacklisting.
Discovery pride themselves in good service but THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
