I Spoke to Abel a broker from Yisango and he sold me a medical Aid from Bonitas. He told me that I should take the primary package as its the second best package that Bonitas has to offer. I took his word as he made the primary package sound like a deal you cant refuse. I have the medical aid for about 6 months I went to see the doctor 3 times at medicross a normal GP for flu and there's no more funds available on the medical Aid. I phoned Bonitas about the matter and they didn't want to assist me as they told me its the second lowest package available Bonitas didn't care to assist me in any way and said I should clear it out with the broker who sold the medical aid to me. I phoned Abel he said to me I should give him my contact details he is gonna check his system and then phone me back, a week has passed and still I heard nothing from Abel. I think I was and now I cant do nothing as Bonitas doesn't care about the well being of there clients and doesn't care what happens as long as they receive there monthly payment.. I really hope someone could assist me in this matter...
