I have surgery in less than 10 days. For more than 2 weeks I am trying to get a response from Bonitas regarding quotes I have submitted (I submitted the anaesthetist's and Sleepnet submitted for my CPAP machine). After numerous e-mails to Ciska and literally more than a dozen phone calls and messages left, she just doesn't get back to me. AT ALL. I explained why it is so urgent, but still I am left totally in the dark. No feedback as to what is happening. Not even a courtesy call. No message on her e-mail or phone's voicemail to indicate she is on leave or nothing, so I don't know what is going on. I find it extremely unprofessional and I am at my wits' end as to what to do. This reflects very bad on the service delivery I get from Bonitas. She replied at long last ONCE after two weeks just to state she received no quote from Sleepnet (I confirmed with Sleepnet and they said they sent it 2 weeks ago). I informed Ciska of such, and just still no response. What should I do now?? This is costing me more than R700 that I must pay now to rent a CPAP which could've been prevented if it was just dealt with. Who is going to pay that? Bonitas? I trust this will be handled efficiently.
