I am a gold prokard holder. I travel all over South Africa and always stay at Protea Hotels. I am also a smoker. Some of the Protea Hotels do not provide rooms for smokers. This is discrimination. Smokers pay for their rooms the same as non-smokers. As a gold prokard member I expect preferential treatment.
