Very very unhappy

I am on the State plus network option with Transmed/Universal Health care. My dependant Mom visited the dentist on 01.03.2013, and until now I am still battling with Transmed/Universal to have this bill settled. It is an amount of R3202, 77, of which Transmed will pay about R2000, 00. On 06.3.2013 I phoned the customer call centre, and spoke to Tanvier Maconi, who promised to forward the account to the claims section, the result, after numerous emails, nothing happened. I phoned again and spoke to Ishmael Rokhoro on 10.04.2013, who told me that the money was allocated to me, but they don't have my bank details. He sent me a form, which I filled in the bank details and mailed and faxed it back to him, again no response after numerous mails. I phoned again and spoke to Jenny on April 29 2013, and sent her my bank details too, again, no response. I called again and spoke to Dennis Vosloo on 09.05.2013, he told me I need an official letter from the bank with my account details, so off I went and got that, and e mailed that together with my ID to him, still no response. I called again and spoke to Natasha, explained the problem, and she promised to call me back, no response. TRANSMED HELP
