I had to register my child by a specific turn around time when he was born, He was born on the 28 march 2012 and im still waiting for a medical aid card with his details on it and ive asked for this 3 times and im still waiting its now 14 months!!
i have in the interim even added a value added service of the vilality services, guess what im still waiting for this card too now.
but may you just have one month problem with a debit order and they suspend your medical aid with IMMEDIATE EFFECT, but yet you must call them to find out whatsthe problem with the debit order they can not render a service for you as a customer of thiers.
discovery you just pay for the name!!! - you can have medical aid but pay for your own tablets and own blood tests own xrays thats all your own expense, so i basically pay R1047 pm for SKOWT!!!
