Discovery Bullying Clients!

I just received a "courtesy" call from Discovery basically telling me to either CHANGE my chronic medication or they will increase my co-payment.
I find this behaviour from Discovery absolutely appalling.
How can you increase your rates every year and offer less and less?
Certain people can't just CHANGE medication because YOU want to charge a larger co-payment.
I am absolutely disgusted that I ever joined Discovery and I know I'm just going to get a generic response with their TOS.
Needless to say, DO NOT CONTACT ME. I will be changing medical aids ASAP.
