My friends and I waited one hour and 15 minutes for our toasted chicken-mayo's. When we complained about it, the owner and manager yelled at my friends and told us there were a power failure and that's why it took so long. We tried to explain to them in a calm matter, that other customers came in long after we ordered. They got their food before us and left already, while we were still waiting. Why did the power failure not influence their meals as well? Also we saw that the lights dimmed and the TV went off just for about two seconds and the screen immediately turned blue again and started to re-scan DSTV. How is that being long enough for our food to take more than an hour. They did not even gave us chance to speak as they loudly yelled at us in front of other customers. They about the power being the problem and then the owner again by telling us the order-slip was written by hand, because of the power failure, after the waiter has already sown us the printed slip. We were running late for my friend's wedding because of this "power failure" and drama caused by the owner and the manager with their rude behavior towards us.
