Hi. We've had a power failure in Theresapark, pretoria north since Thursday night. Other areas surrounding us do have electricity and yet I was told by my neighbours that CoT told them that technicians will attend to the problem on Monday. I have called customer service but gave up after holding for more than 12 minutes. I have smsed to their power failure line and have received no response. CoT service is disgusting. This is how they reward us for paying our bills.
