NO POWER AGAIN!! I HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING POWER FAILURE IN MY AREA FOR OVER 2 WEEKS.
THE POWER COMES ON FOR SMALL INTERVALS. IVE NOTICED THAT FROM THIS SUNDAY 27/10/2013 THE POWER FAILURE OCCURS AROUND 7PM TIMEOUSLY. EVERYDAY THEY FIX IT, EVERYDAY THE SAME THING HAPPENS.WE HAVE NOT HAD POWER AT ALL SINCE WEDNESDAY.COUNTLESS REF NUMBERS HAVE BEEN PROVIDED, BUT EVERYTIME I CALL IN TO QUERY THE PROGRESS OF THE COMPLAINT, EVERYTIME THE CALL CENTRE AGENT PROVIDES ME WITH A DIFFERENT STORY.THEY ASSURE ME THE PROBLEM WILL BE SORTED OUT, OT GIVE ME A COMPLETLEY DIFFERENT REASON AS TO WHY THERE IS NO POWER.IM TIRED.IM TIRED OF THE LACK OF URGENCY, OR DECENCING.IM NOT ELECTRICITY, I DONT SEE WHY I HAVE TO SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES.WHY DONT THE GUILY PARTIES BE MADE EXAMPLES OF..MY COMPLAINT HAS NOW GONE TO ENERGY DEPARTMENT WHO THEMSELVES HAVE A DONT CARE ATTITUDE.IM FRUSTRATED, EMOTIONAL, AND TIRED. THERES NO ONE PERSON WHO CAN HELP, AND ENSURE ME THAT MY POWER WILL BE RESTORED AND THIS WONT HAPPEN AGAIN.WHAT DO I DO? SO WHILE HOLDING ON FOR 15MINUTES WHILE IM TYPING THIS EMAIL, THE AGENT SOUNDS FRUSTRATED AT ME, AND CUTS ME OFF AFTER I ASK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER!!!
