The hotel itself is nicely located and the rooms are basic BUT our experience at the hotel wasnt.
- I booked 3 rooms, one of which was to include a cot for our son, this was not available
- There was a function at the hotel, no one notified us that there will be loud music, etc. With a 19 month old and the noise till the AM - unbelievable
- There was no signage anywhere that the room are "smoking" rooms, the people in opposite rooms were smoking and this resulted in smoke coming through to our rooms.
- No one notified us that there is a church service in the premises, we wanted to sleep in on sunday only to be waken up by loud gospel music
- Our booking included breakfast, i still cannot believe the queslity of breakast served! I dont eat eggs and pork and the only thing eatable for me was potatoes and bread??? [besides cereal that is] really? the muffins were stale, i wont even comment about the danish *shocking*. The coffee mugs are also stained!
- The one night we were there, it was very cold. I asked for a blanket and i was told there are no blanket (was given a duvet cover) To top this off, the fan/heater in the room wont heat up the room.
all i can say is WOW!
