FAILURE TO SETTLE ACCOUNT

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
As of November 2012 I have not been receiving statements from The Foschini Group. In December 2012 I travelled to Thailand for a month. Since I've come back from Thailand - on 10 January 2013 - I've been receiving final demand text messages from TFG for my @Home account. On 15 January 2013 I phoned the TFG accounts department, requested that they send me the full outstanding amount on my account and received the email promptly from Allistaire Arnold. On 16 January 2013 I made payment of that full outstanding amount to THE FOSCHINI GROUP (PTY) LTD as per ABSA's linked accounts functionality. Since I've made payment I've still been receiving the final demand text messages and I've had to phone twice on my cellphone and wait in the call centre cue just to be told to fax the proof of payment. I do not own a fax. I've emailed the proof of payment to Allistair and [Email Removed] to no avail. This is absolutely ridiculous and insulting as well as an extra expense on me as far as my cellphone bill goes. Please see that this gets resolved immediately.
